Steve Baker Executive Director Founding Director 1991-present

John Cooper Assistant Director 1994-present • John oversees all the volunteers and community service personnel

William W. Bennett Grant Coordinator/Project Manager/Instructor Co-Instructor POWER Plus class, PIDP/FVC/SCCE Grant Coordinator/Project Manager

Lynda Elmes Event Coordinator Lynda coordinates all the fund-raising events and special events at GRC.

Kathleen Rener Accountant/Bookkeeper Kathleen keeps the books and handles all the grant billing, pays our bills, and reports monthly to the Board of Directors

Stacy Waddle Shelter Director Stacy oversees all the programs and staff at the Lancaster Community Shelter

Gail Possert Instructor For many years Gail taught POWER 1 and now co-instructs the POWER Plus class. She also volunteers for our grocery distribution program.

A.J. Cabada Manager of Grace Thrift Center A.J. took over management of the Thrift Store when Stacy moved over to the Shelter ministry.

Ray Gonzales Maintenance Supervisor Ray is a very busy member of our staff, making sure everything stays clean and in good working order and managing our storage areas.

George Marquez Project Manager George works with Bill Bennett managing the Family Visitation Centers (FVC) and Safe Child Custody Exchange (SCCE).

Heidi Edwards Assistant Bookkeeper/Front Desk Heidi assists Kathleen Rener and also serves at the Front Desk two days a week.

Mary Wilson Instructor Mary teaches Beginning Keyboarding and Computers in the Office classes.

Suzie Berg Front Desk/PIDP Family Care Suzie is at the front desk three days a week and assists PIDP and regular client families with diapers/formula/baby food and hygiene distribution
